New Horizons Network work with Coaches, Counsellors and Psychotherapists by providing a comfortable, welcoming, supportive and professional space in which to work from, at affordable rates.
Our offices in Highcliffe are within easy access of Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood and New Milton. For professionals who have access to a space to work from, either within New Horizons Network or elsewhere, there is an opportunity to apply to be part of the network programme.
New Horizons Network believe that coaching, counselling & psychotherapy should be accessible to all, but realise how difficult it can be for both clients and professionals alike to make the right connections, be this as a result of finances or logistics. New Horizons Network aim to help bridge the gap by offering clients the help in finding the right therapist or helping professionals progress either in their career or assisting with referrals.
New Horizons Network welcome professionals in different areas with different specialisms to apply to be part of our Network. Once approved, New Horizons Network will offer referrals where client and professional criteria match.
HOW REFERRALS WORK
Clients make contact with New Horizons Network, and give us the outline of their issue. We contact the most local, appropriately trained therapist for dealing with the client’s issues, to see if they have availability. At this stage we give some idea of the issue, but no client details to the therapist. We appreciate therapists responding to our requests as quickly as possible. At this point, the therapist can agree to see the client, or decline. Once the therapist has let us know they have space and are willing to see the client, we then give them all the info about the client. It is up to the therapist to make contact with the client and arrange therapy.
THE APPROVAL PROCESS
Each application will need to be approved by New Horizons Network. Please request an application form and send to us (via email is fine) and we will then be in touch to discuss joining our Network, and invite you to attend a meeting with us.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
Professionals will pay a one-off £40 administration and introduction fee for each client referral.
WHAT DOES THE THERAPIST CHARGE
The therapist will charge their standard fee for therapy. Sometimes therapists are willing to offer a subsidised fee to clients. The price that you negotiate for therapy is between the therapist and the client, and generally New Horizons Network does not get involved with the fee (although we will inform the client of your usual charge, as noted on our application form).
